Author Guidelines
Instructions and formatting regulations for manuscript submission
1. General Information
- Originality: Submitted manuscripts must be original, have not been published previously, and are not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Both American and British English are acceptable, but the style must be consistent throughout the paper.
- Plagiarism Policy: The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism. All submissions will be screened using professional plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin) prior to the peer-review process.
2. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). A standard research paper should generally include the following structured sections:
- Title: Concise and informative, reflecting the core content of the study.
- Author Information: Full names, institutional affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author.
- Abstract: A single paragraph (150–250 words) summarizing the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
- Main Body: Must be sequentially structured as follows:
- Introduction: Statement of the problem, literature review, and objectives.
- Materials and Methods: Sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced.
- Results and Discussion: Clear data presentation and its contextual interpretation.
- Conclusion: Key takeaways and potential future directions.
- References: Citations must comply with the journal's preferred reference style (e.g., IEEE, APA, or Vancouver) and must be completely accurate.
3. Figures and Tables
- Figures: All graphics, charts, and photographs must be high-resolution (at least 300 DPI) and embedded directly within the text at the appropriate positions. Each figure must have a caption below it.
- Tables: Tables should be created using the MS Word table tool (not pasted as images). They must be numbered sequentially and include a descriptive title above the table.
4. Submission & Article Processing Charges (APC)
- Authors must submit their finalized manuscripts through our integrated Online Submission System.
- Ethical Approval: Research involving human participants or animals must explicitly state that ethical approval was obtained from the relevant institutional committee.
- APC: As an open-access journal, an article processing charge is applied to accepted papers to cover editorial, publishing, and archiving costs. There are no initial submission fees.
